Privacy Policy — Night Replays

Night Replays ("the app") is designed to need none of your personal data. This policy explains, plainly, what the app does and does not do with information.

Night Replays does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There is no account, no login, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking.

Data we collect

None. The app has no sign-up or login, contains no analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising SDKs, and uses no third-party SDKs of any kind. We do not collect identifiers, usage data, diagnostics, contacts, location, or any other personal information.

Tracking

The app does not track you. It does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, and shares no data with data brokers or advertising networks.

Network requests

To show you a night's song list and play audio, the app makes anonymous network requests that carry only:

the radio program and date you selected — sent to our backend (nightreplays.nvis.io) and to the broadcasters' servers (KBS, MBC) to fetch that day's pre-matched song list, broadcast offsets, and (for Premium) the DJ-talk replay audio; and
a song title and artist as a search term — sent to the music service you choose (Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, Melon, Genie, Bugs, or FLO) to open the matching track.

No account information, device identifiers, or personal data are attached to any of these requests.

Apple Music

If you play songs in-app, the app asks for Apple Music authorization so it can play tracks. This permission is used only to authorize playback and to look up tracks by their public catalog ID. The app does not read your Apple Music library, listening history, or recommendations.

Apple Watch

The Apple Watch app does not play audio itself. It sends your play requests to your paired iPhone over Apple's on-device WatchConnectivity; the iPhone performs the playback. Nothing is sent to us.

Subscriptions / purchases

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment information. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction.

External links

Free users may open a broadcaster's own "listen again" page (KBS or MBC) in the system browser. Once you leave the app, that website's own privacy policy applies; the app sends no personal data when opening it.

On-device settings

The app stores small preferences on your device only (the selected program, your chosen music provider, and whether you've seen the watch onboarding). These never leave your device.

Children

The app is rated 4+ and is not directed at children. It collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
